Determination: We will open a Forum for each specifc Job on February 1 so that members can vote on the winning candidate over a 2 week period. Remember that this is a community ran by the community for the community and the best solution for us...
Requirement: You must apply and be accepted as a member
Whats Required on My application: This isn't a business but it's Democracy at it's best so just describe why your the best candidate and your availability. some jobs are probably going to be time sensitive like TeamSpeak and so if only 1 candidate applies then no Poll will be created & you will be announced as the winner... If the winner is an external candidate with less than 6 months in the community (excluding =RevR= ) than 3 nominations from the community are required. The nominatios will be in the form of an offical reply to the specific voting Poll.
What about Administrative Coverage:
Q: What if we do not have the candidates to provide the coverage for time sensitive positions like Teamspeak or Membership Administration?
A: In the event that the requested candidates are not available than we'll add a vote to give one of the Elected Positions the authority to promote members to the required positions.
Note: An elected member will have the required permission and community support to complete every detail of their job. Keep in mind that everyone including these folks are responcible to the the UGC Terms of Service .

Q: May I Apply for Multiple Positions?
A: Yes, but you can only accept 1 position
Q: What if the elected Official doesn't cannot perform their Job?
A: Two Things can happen here. First the Offical can step down or the 3 members from the community can Call for a Community Vote...
Q: How long does the appointed Offical Serve
A: Subject to The Communities Review (We might find that we need more people, shorter terms or possibly limmited interest in the positions)
Q: So how do we treat an Official Action
A: Law, unless the community Calls for a vote. However, we need to follow the Officials Requried Actions until the vote has been made. I would guess that an offical vote should be possible within a 72 hour period. This means that if you have an interest in the community you should subscribe to the Forum that we'll designate as an Official Community Business Forum that we can Publish Polls for the Community to Participate...Good Luck & May The Best Man Win...
Q: What is with the new News Director Post
A: Chef Gunner has previously owned the this position at an alternate post & followed us all over to -:UGC:-. In regards to his ability no one here is better for the job and we have an imediate need (300 Members Voted for Him at his last post). Don't be disgruntled as he has also applied for the Position in which we all have the opportunity to vote for. This is a new Job & will encompass taking care of member Blogs as well since we all need to be in line with respect to the -:UGC:- Community.
